Welcome to Drumblebees
At Drumblebees we’re more than just beekeepers, we’re guardians of one of natures most vital pollinators. Our head beekeeper Gemma, is a Staffordshire based beekeeper and started out keeping bees back in 2019 as a hobby.
Gemma's love of bees has since blossomed into a life changing passion, dedicated to inspiring the next generation, sharing an incredible insight into the wonderful world of honeybees, their impact on our ecosystems, and how we can work together to protect them.

Drumblebees is proud to produce some of the finest Staffordshire honey, and supply sustainable products from inside the hive alongside incredible learning resources, and other eco-friendly products.

from a hobby to a passion
How it all began...
In 2019, Gemma was gifted a Beekeeping Experience Day by her husband. Extremely nervous, and keeping a cautious eye on the apiary gate (and escape route!) she never imagined how transformative that day would be. Captivated by the calming hum of the hive and the bee's meditative rhythm, Gemma knew she wanted to keep bees.
Six years later, her passional has only grown. And with the support of South Staffordshire Beekeepers Association, Gemma has gone on to lead Beginner Beekeeper Experience Days and become an enthusiastic speaker at schools and community groups, inspiring others to discover the magic of bees.
